Return Policy and Conditions
If the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, or if the problem is our fault, we will immediately exchange or refund the product upon receiving your notification. Shipping costs will be borne by us. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please return it within seven days of receiving it. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and, if no problems are found, we will promptly refund the full amount. Returns may not be accepted if accessories are missing or the guitar itself is damaged.

Delivery Time:
In case of bank transfer, in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after we confirm the payment to our account. In case of out-of-stock items or special order items, we will contact you by email, fax or phone to inform you of the expected shipping date.
